ARIS-IS, the inspection robot for auxiliary equipment in the main plant, uses a differential mobile chassis with strong passability and has autonomous navigation capabilities in a wide range of scenarios. The upper layer uses a six-degree-of-freedom collaborative robotic arm, which is highly flexible during the inspection process and can collect data in every complex corner. Used for operation and maintenance inspection of key main and auxiliary equipment in the equipment plant ARIS-IS is equipped with a thermal imager and a high-definition visible light camera to collect on-site temperature data, instrument data, and scene status pictures. It is equipped with an audio sensor to collect real-time audio data of the equipment.
ARIS-IS helps power plants achieve unattended intelligent operation and maintenance through a series of fully autonomous operation functions such as autonomous navigation, automatic charging, task execution, and self-inspection alarm.
The robot platform is the carrier of the inspection robot detection device, with image, temperature, sound, gas collection functions, autonomous positioning functions, and autonomous obstacle avoidance functions. It can realize the operation status of the equipment, the temperature and humidity of the equipment, environmental monitoring, sound collection, and visual recognition.
